"Only time has the same value for different people"

(Hong Kong News 8/9/2018) Hong Kong's famous music creator and designer Mark Lui has cooperated with Hong Kong tourbillon brand Memorigin to launch countless fashionable watches. This year we have taken the next step to create a brand-new brand, “The Original Time Machine” (OTM), which has always been designed to create innovative and eye-catching watches.

"Only time has the same value for different people", and it is precisely because of the uniqueness of "time" that people are so active in "creating" their own time.  As the brand's first series of watches, Mark is keen to design a breakthrough in the traditional, innovative, and artistic sense of the wrist watch. Inspired by the first generation of "The Time Machine" and inspired by the "Time Factory" that created the time, he created five different styles of "The Original Time Machine" watches, so that different people can feel same value.

Not subject to traditional norms, Mark, abandoned the universal dial with a four-window design, and the small window retains the classic "chimney" styling of "the time machine". Four highly variable columnar windows, such as chimneys, stand on the thick surface of the case, creating a three-dimensional "time factory" for the wearer to provide multi-angle visual enjoyment.

If you look at the window, you'll find more surprises! Mark discarded the general long-shaped pointer and changed it to the large circle hidden pointer which made the window look like tens of thousands of combination locks, allowing everyone to keep the key of their own "time factory". It saves their precious time. When they wear the watch, it opens the door of time. The vibration of the tourbillon at 12 o'clock position looks like a starry sky, leading you into the time tunnel.

The brand is striving for every detail.  The gold crown is used to represent the designer’s Mark Lui’s "M" logo, and the case side and the buckle are added with "OTM". And Mark, who is meticulous in every process, adds countless details to the watch, such as the small window side decoration, the screw decoration of the case, the color of the crown, etc., all of which are made in different colors, for the classic industrial design, to create the most artistic sense of “time factory”.

The watch adopts the 3900 automatic tourbillon movement which specially developed by Memorigin’s own factory. The movement is designed with a central balance wheel. The swing frequency is 28,800 times per hour which makes the time become precise. The tourbillon is placed at 12 o'clock and the logo is marked on the tourbillon. It is made specially without affecting the stability of the watch movement. It is also equipped with a 60-hour power reserve. Those elements create a new page in Hong Kong's tourbillon history.

The five "The Original Time Machine" series are Minimal (Silver), Classical (Rose-gold), Nautical (Silver x Blue), Royal (Black x Red) and Moto (Black x yellow), respectively equipped with 24-hour/star display, and energy storage display function. The five watches are equipped with different color and material strap and there is always a style of your personality.

In addition to the exquisite wrist watch, the packaging is also excellent. The Black Watch engraved with the "OTM" logo bronze is classic, elegant, and full of nostalgia style.
